Victors Virulence Factors Data SubmissionThe web-based literature mining and curation system (Limix) is designed for registered users/curators to search, edit, submit, or review structured virulence factor data into the Victors database. You may submit new virulence factor information or update an existing virulence factor in the current Victors database. A basic feature of this Limix system is that it contains a manual data edition system and a literature search/mining system within one web screen. The data submission and review system is similar to that used in the VIOLIN Limix vaccine database, which is well described in the VIOLIN Limix tutorial page.
Before you submit your virulence factor data using our Limix curation system, you need to have a PHIDIAS account and log in first. |
