(2) OHPI: Ontology of Host-Pathogen Interactions

The manually annotated VFs and host-VF interactions are also represented in the OHPI ontology: https://github.com/OHPI/ohpi/.

OHPI is represented using machine-readable OWL format that can be understood by computer software programs.

 

(3) Predicted Host-VF protein-protein Interaction (PPI) results:

The predicted host-VF PPI results and the corresponding README file can be downloaded below:
