PHIDIAS Database Data SubmissionOur PHIDIAS database data submission uses Limix, a web-based literature mining and curation system which was first introduced in our Brucella Bioinformatics Portal (BBP) paper (Ref: PMID: 16842628). An updated version of the Limix data curation is described in the VIOLIN vaccine database Limix Tutorial web page.
